Philosophy.
Integrating Light is the work and healing arts practice of Dr. Kristine Miranda, holistic healer, shamanic lineage descendant, sacred space holder and channel, ancestral healing conduit, Reiki Master and Western trained psychotherapist. It is based in the understanding that while each individual has unique aspects of him/her/themselves consisting of talents, experiences, beliefs, and aspirations that have shaped who they are, the way these are held and embodied are the keys to aligning with our true selves, our Purpose and the Divine.
As we move through this lifetime, experiencing our Soul curriculum, the impact of our human experiences can often block our own intuition and spiritual development.
Through loving connection with the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic parts of ourselves and aspects of this human experience, can integration begin and the wholeness of You start to fully shine.
It is in traversing the darkness that we find our light.

Kristine’s life’s work is to support those on their spiritual and healing journey transcend the challenges of living in this difficult and oppressive world so they can cultivate their own direct connection to the Divine and create the heart-aligned, soul satisfying life they desire.

Mentorship
Kristine offers a variety of services at her NYC office, in person as well as virtually should you not be in the NYC area. She offers individual and group sessions. Length and approaches are dependent on your personal goals and desired areas of growth.
A key aspect to the mentorship provided includes fostering connection to spiritual supports and alignment with your true Self, your purpose and the life you desire.
Individual Sessions
Kristine is a Reiki Master, a Channel, MAPS trained psychedelic assisted therapy provider and also serves as a spiritual guide. A shamanic lineage descendant trained in and Energy Management and protection approaches, she has an understanding of expanded states of consciousness, which include the heart-opening and challenging aspects of working with one’s psyche and the invisible realms.
During these sessions there is an opportunity to reconnect with your core true self and process emerging insights, allowing the body’s innate healing intelligence to unfold, resulting in greater awareness, groundedness in oneself and spiritual connection.
Soul Alignment Divine Purpose Session
Having a session is an opportunity to unlock your Soul Blueprint to get clarity on your Divine Purpose and gifts. It can reveal the unique ways you thrive, express yourself and achieve joy and satisfaction in your relationships, career path, financial life, and spiritual life, all in the spirit of expansion.
